Mo. has $167M of income tax refunds still to pay

If you haven't received your Missouri tax return yet, you are not alone. The Show-Me State hasn't ponied up the dough for hundreds of thousands of residents to the tune of $167 million.

The Kansas City Star reports state budget director Linda Luebbering says the Department of Revenue has 366,000 individual income tax refunds remaining to be sent.

The DOR said the department is behind pace because of late filings and in an effort to manage cash flow.
