Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin says trade talks between the U.S. and China are "getting into the final laps."
“I think both sides have a desire to reach an agreement,” Mnuchin said, ahead of a meeting this week in Beijing.
Mnuchin and Robert Lighthizer, U.S. trade representative, are scheduled to begin talks in China today.
