Mizzou-Auburn command big bucks in SEC title game

The going rate for a ticket to the SEC championship game Saturday between Mizzou and Auburn is $410, according to St. Louis Business Journal.

University of Missouri sold out of its 16,000 ticket allotment – at $100 apiece – on Sunday morning. Tickets are available on the secondary market for rates more than double what other conference championship games are fetching, according to SeatGeek.com, a website that compiles secondary ticket prices.

The Big Ten title game between Ohio State and Michigan State is selling for $204 on average and the Pac-12 championship match-up of Arizona State and Stanford is averaging $109 per ticket.
