The Missouri Department of Social Services announced the state's Medicaid applications are now being processed within the federal deadline.
Applications are being processed within 45 days, the federally required mark.
“I’m pleased to tell you today that that backlog is no more," said Robert Knodell, acting director of the Department of Social Services, during a hearing of the House Subcommittee on Appropriations.
