The Missouri Department of Social Services has alerted residents of a Medicaid data breach.
The information breached reportedly included names, client numbers and benefit eligibility status.
The DSS traced the breach to IBM Consulting, a vendor that provides services to the department. Officials said Progress Software's MOVEit Transfer software also was involved.
