Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft on Thursday certified three medical marijuana petitions to appear on the November ballot.
Two of the petitions, if approved, would legalize medical marijuana by amending the Missouri Constitution. The third would change state statute to legalize medical marijuana in the Show-Me State.
Ashcroft’s office also certified petitions related to minimum wage and ethics reforms.
