The Missouri Supreme Court yesterday ruled the state must conduct voter-approved Medicaid expansion.
Overturing a lower court ruling, the decision found the ballot measure is constitutional.
The measure now heads back to the lower court for implementation details. More than 275,000 low-income Missourians stand to benefit from the expansion.
