The Missouri Supreme Court yesterday ruled unanimously that state regulators made an error in denying a multistate electric transmission line.
Missouri is the only state that has not given approval to the proposed 780-mile Grain Belt Express that would distribute Kansas wind power as far as Indiana and beyond.
The Missouri Public Service Commission based its rejection on a controversial appeals court ruling requring assent from individual counties in northeast Missouri.
