The state of Missouri has thrown its hat in the ring for Amazon’s second headquarters, a project many areas around the country are hoping to land.
Missouri’s bid includes a showcase of both St. Louis and Kansas City, as well as a proposal to connect them through a 240-mile Hyperloop system.
St. Louis and Kansas City separately submitted their own bids for the $5 billion headquarters, which promises 50,000 jobs. Bids were due yesterday.
