Missouri state Rep. Justin Hill, R-Lake St. Louis, is resigning to pursue a new job with a Florida consulting firm.
Hill, who is term limited, resigned effective today.
With Hill's exit, there no longer will be enough Republican representatives to override any possible vetoes from Gov. Mike Parson without Democratic lawmakers’ support.
