Missouri University of Science and Technology yesterday announced it was the recipient of a $300 million donation.
It's the largest single donation to any college statewide, according to The Kansas City Star.
The donation from St. Louis businessperson Fred Kummer and his wife, June, is earmarked to start a foundation that supports the school and to establish the Kummer Institute for Student Success, Research and Economic Development.
