The leader of the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame has been selected to appear on a business-focused television series hosted by Daymond John, one of the panelists and investors on ABC’s “Shark Tank.”
Rob Marsh, president and CEO of the Springfield-based Missouri Sports Hall of Fame, will be a part of the upcoming season of “Next Level CEO,” a series that highlights accomplished leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs across the country, according to a news release. Filming for the new season is set to begin this spring at the show’s studios in Miami.
“I am honored to be selected for this opportunity,” Marsh said in the release. “This is not just about personal recognition, it is a platform to elevate the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame, highlight the work we are doing across the state and ultimately drive greater impact for the communities we serve.”
“Next Level CEO” features high-performing leaders who have demonstrated success in navigating complex challenges, building organizations and creating lasting impact, according to the release. Additional details regarding air dates and media appearances are yet to be announced. The series airs on Inside Success TV through its website.
Marsh, who exited his 27-year career in 2024 with Pyramid Foods to lead the MSHOF, navigated the organization through a period of financial challenges upon coming on board, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting. That included ensuring that the entirety of the $740,000 owed to children’s charities from the 2024 Price Cutter Charity Championship golf tournament – for which he served last year as executive director – was paid in full, as well as pay some 40 charities that participated in 2025.
The MSHOF was located in a 34,000-square-foot facility adjacent to Highland Springs from 1994 until 2025 when it sold the building, according to past SBJ reporting. It signed a lease for undisclosed terms to occupy 431 and 433 W. Walnut St. as temporary office space before a full relocation.
