Wildwood-based Torch Electronics is facing two lawsuits over its gambling slot machines that have popped up in gas stations and truck stops in the state.
The latest was filed this week by Sullivan-based coin-operated amusement game firm TNT Amusements. TMT alleges the company's revenue has "plummeted as a result of Torch’s illegal conduct."
A similar lawsuit was filed last week.
