The state Division of Cannabis Regulation is revoking the products manufacturing license of a Franklin County marijuana company.
Robertsville-based Delta Extraction's license is set to be revoked for “significant violations” of Missouri cannabis regulations, state officials said.
The state is alleging the company used hemp-derived THC-A that was sourced from outside the state. That goes against state regulations.
