Missouri Partners Inc. retains PR consultant

Posted online
Missouri Partners Inc. president Robert Allen announced Aug. 16 that his company has retained Jennifer McCullough Marketing & Public Relations to serve as public relations consultant.

With more than a dozen single-family, multifamily and commercial developments recently completed or now under way in southwest Missouri, Allen said MPI is stepping up its efforts to let investors know about new opportunities in the Branson tourism region.

While some parts of the country have recently experienced sluggish real estate sales, Allen said MPI continues to post significant year-over-year increases.

“People from the East and West Coasts are especially eager to buy property here after they find out what a great value it is,” Allen said in a news release.

McCullough previously was the director of public relations for the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and Convention & Visitors Bureau for two years before launching her own consulting company in May.

MPI developments

One of MPI’s most notable new developments is the 28-acre community and marina at Red Rock Bluff on the Long Creek arm of Table Rock Lake.

The property covers 1,300 feet of shoreline just off Missouri Highway 86, 10 minutes south of Branson. It is adjacent to 60 acres of campground operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

The community will feature lush landscaping, pooling ponds, an outdoor swimming pool, pavilion and full service marina, and a boat slip for each home.

Construction is now under way, with the first patio homes set to come on line in early 2007.

MPI’s StoneBridge Village, a 2,000-acre golf resort community near Branson is undergoing a major expansion with the addition of the new Forest Lake area, featuring dozens of new custom homes, patio homes, lodges and condominiums. Situated inside the gated community and bordering Roark Creek, Forest Lake at StoneBridge will include man-made lakes, nature trails, private parks, trout fishing and home-site views of LedgeStone golf course.

MPI and the StoneBridge Property Owners Association recently collaborated on a $1.5 million renovation of the LedgeStone Clubhouse.

The Emory Creek Ranch development, located 10 minutes from downtown Branson, is a 1,500-acre community just off Highway 65 north of Branson between the Ozark Mountain High Road and Highway 160.

The development offers one- and two-acre home sites with central water and sewer services.

Other MPI developments at various stages in the Branson area include Heatherbrook Heights, Manchester Village, Rails Hollow, Branson Gardens, Mills Valley, Majestic Point, Gretna Corners, Black Oak Estates, Merriam Woods, Elkhead Ranch, Academy Commons and Cozy Cove.

MPI also has developments in Republic, Lake of the Ozarks, Columbia, Fulton and Wichita, Kan.[[In-content Ad]]
