Missouri lobbyist indicted on felony tax charge

David Barklage, a lobbyist who has been involved in Missouri Republican politics for decades, was indicted on a felony tax charge.

The indictment was unsealed last week after it was handed down in the U.S. District Court in St. Louis in late April.

Barklage is accused of failing to pay more than $150,000 in taxes over a three-year period, prosecutors say.
