The Missouri legislature has approved a more than $3 billion budget bill that now heads to Gov. Mike Kehoe's desk.
The House voted 137-13 to approve the legislation after the Senate approved its version two days earlier.
The supplemental budget bill includes $86 million for tornado relief in St. Louis, additional refund authority to pay tax refunds and some $59 million for the state Department of Public Safety related to the 2026 World Cup.
