Missouri lawmakers pass income tax bill

Missouri lawmakers on Thursday passed a bill to cut income taxes.

The measure now heads to Gov. Mike Parson, who requested the tax-cut bill during the special session.

The bill cuts the income tax in phases until the rate hits 4.5%.
