The Missouri House of Representatives is scheduled to hold a committee hearing in September on possible data center rules.
Members of the public will have the chance to speak at the Sept. 16 hearing.
“As I looked through this, I realized that this is much bigger than a representative just presenting legislation. This impacts our entire state and potentially has national impact too,” said state Rep. Tricia Byrnes, according to St. Louis Public Radio.
