Missouri House Speaker Dean Plocher has fired his chief of staff, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
Kenny Ross was ousted. He served under four House speakers since 2018.
The move comes as top aides in the House have raised questions about an $800,000 software purchase the speaker reportedly pushed for.
