The Missouri Farm Bureau is launching health care plans to help members pay for expenses.
The health plans are expected to save as much as 50% on family plans and 30% on individual plans compared with others on the market, according to Missouri Farm Bureau President Garrett Hawkins.
According to the Southeast Missourian, the plans are not technically insurance because they are not regulated and will not cover everyone as the Affordable Care Act does.
