The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services suspended operations of three cannabis facilities in the state due to potential product safety concerns.
"Investigations are ongoing, so we cannot comment further at this time," officials with the department said, declining to disclose which facilities are impacted.
Dispensaries statewide reportedly have seen hundreds of products placed on hold as a result of the suspensions.
