Missouri's Whiteman Air Force Base was selected as one of the homes for the B-21 Raider bomber.
The U.S. Air Force intends to replace the B-2 with the B-21 in the mid-2020s.
“Today’s announcement is great news for our state, the local community, and - most importantly - the dedicated service members stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base," U.S. Sen. Roy Blunt, R-Missouri, said.
