Missouri Bar seeks business feedback

Posted online
The Missouri Bar's Business Law Committee is conducting an online survey with the intent of garnering opinions about state laws affecting businesses.

The survey will be available until early May at www.mobar.org/business.

The survey has nine questions that relate to business involvement in Missouri courts.

“We are trudging through the most difficult economic environment of the past 50 years,” John Johnston, president of The Missouri Bar, said in a news release. “Anyone who owns, manages or works in a Missouri-based business is invited to provide feedback to ensure our courts are user-friendly.”

The Business Law Committee will study the survey responses and use them to recommend possible changes to the Missouri Bar Board of Governors.
