A Missouri appeals court overturned a $110 million verdict against Johnson & Johnson.
The ruling indicated the St. Louis court where the case was heard lacked jurisdiction.
The 2017 judgment was in favor of plaintiff Lois Slemp, who alleged J&J products containing talcum powder contributed to her being diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
