The site is specifically focused on value-added agriculture opportunities, according to a press release from the Missouri Depart-ment of Agriculture.
"The new site will be a tool to inform, educate and assist agriculture entrepreneurs throughout their business start-up and expansion efforts," said Deanne Hackman, director of the Ag Innovation Center. "We are committed to providing personalized customer service to help develop productive and profitable agriculture-based businesses."
The Ag Innovation Center provides information, training and business counseling to the state's agricultural producers.
The new Web site offers resources for many agriculture-related products and a calendar of events.
"We will continue to add new information and links to the site to better serve our customers and their business needs," Hackman said.
