Mini Meatloaf with Ground Sirloin and Pork

Posted online

This classic comfort food recipe will warm you right up!

Why try?
It doesn’t take long to prepare this comforting dish and while it’s in the oven, you’ll be completely free to prepare the rest of the meal.

Foodie Byte:
The mini-loaf pan cooks the meatloaf more quickly resulting in a juicier, more flavorful meatloaf that’s already portioned to serve. The bacon on top can be omitted, but we at The Food Channel test kitchens think it gives the meatloaves a smoky flavor and visual contrast.
