'Minecraft' headed to China

Sandbox video game "Minecraft" is making its China debut.

Microsoft, which owns "Minecraft" creator Mojang, reached a five-year deal with Chinese tech company NetEase to host the game for computers and mobile devices.

Mojang will build a version of the game for the Chinese audience.

Launched in 2011, "Minecraft" has more than 100 million registered users.
