Millions of tourists too scared to visit these countries

Heightened terrorism concerns are leading to a tourist drought for countries in Africa and Eurasia.
 
Among the hardest hit is Egypt. With annual visitors peaking at more than 14 million in 2010, the 2011 Arab Spring and suspected terrorist involvement in a number of aircraft crashes and a hijacking helped decrease that number to 9 million in 2015.
 
Turkey, which remains a popular tourist destination with 40 million visitors last year, may have new problems in 2016 thanks to disputes with nearby Russia – Turkey’s second-largest tourist segment.

Terrorist bombings, meanwhile, have scared off tourists from the country’s other two major markets - Germany and the United Kingdom - according to CNNMoney.
