Peter Chadwick, a 55-year-old millionaire fugitive, was arrested after years on the lam.
Chadwick is accused of strangling and drowning his wife, Quee Choo Chadwick, in 2012. He allegedly wrapped her in a comforter and dumped her body in a trash bin.
A real estate investor, Chadwick had been hiding in Mexico since 2015.
