MillerCoors LLC and Pabst Brewing Co. are going to trial this November in a $400 million lawsuit filed by Pabst.
In the March 2016 suit, Pabst alleged MillerCoors breached its agreement by taking away its right to extend it. MillerCoors distributes all of Pabst's legacy beers, including the flagship Pabst Blue Ribbon.
Pending a resolution in the meantime, the trial is set to begin on Nov. 12.
