Millennial workers want free meals and flex time

The Journal News reports the employee checklist is growing more complicating, and some companies are adding more perks to keep millennial workers satisfied.

Also being requested by seasoned workers looking for workplace incentives, employers are adding such things as free meals and flex time, as well as massages and games, generous personal time, etc.

"They want more flexibility and versatility," said Evelyn Fiskaa, director of career development at Dominican College in Orangeburg, N.Y.

She says millennials don't mind working at home or the overlap between work and their personal life.
