Television personality Mike Rowe has performed myriad jobs through his show "Dirty Jobs," and now he's heading to College of the Ozarks to talk about work ethic.

Rowe is scheduled to speak March 28 during the Point Lookout college's Spring Work Ethic Forum Convocation, according to a news release.

“Since our founding in 1906, the work education program at College of the Ozarks has been our signature program, and we want to feature the valuable learning that occurs every day in each of our 100-plus workstations on campus,” said Sue Head, vice president for cultural affairs and dean of character education, in the release. “Mike Rowe is passionate about encouraging young people, and his resume includes over 300 jobs he has done for his show ‘Dirty Jobs.’

"His visit to Hard Work U. will provide the opportunity for our students to show him what they are learning and will highlight how our strong work ethic overlaps with his.”

On the "Dirty Jobs" TV show, Rowe serves as an apprentice at companies that have dangerous or, as the name implies, dirty jobs, according to its page at IMDB.com.

C of O is known for its work program that allows students to perform jobs on campus to cover tuition.
