Thousands of people traveling from Central American nations entered the southern Mexico border from Guatemala on Sunday.
The group of people, mostly from Honduras, are headed toward the United States, despite threats by President Donald Trump to close the border and cut aid to countries that allow the caravan to pass.
The group of people say they are fleeing violence and poverty in their countries. Some managed to cross into Mexico illegally despite attempts to stop them.
