Mid-Missouri Tech Center
The Mid-Missouri Tech Center, under construction at 1619 E. Independence, is designed by Bill Woody of Marshall-Waters-Woody Associates. Morelock-Ross is the general contractor for the two-story facility, which will have corporate offices on the second floor and a tech center for Mid-Missouri Bancshares on the first floor. The $1.5 million facility comprises 23,285 square feet and includes a small basement.
