Microsoft is reportedly phasing out its Lens mobile document scanner app.
Lens is scheduled to be retired from iOS and Android devices starting Sept. 15 and removed from phone stores on Nov. 15. Scanning abilities will be available through Dec. 15.
Microsoft launched Lens in 2015.
