Microsoft unveiled Microsoft 365 Copilot, which brings artificial intelligence to Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel.
The AI assistant is based on OpenAI’s ChatGPT technology. It's slated to become available to Microsoft's larger user base in the coming months after a test of 20 enterprise customers.
“We believe this next generation of AI will unlock a new wave of productivity,” said Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, noting the tool has “copilots designed to remove the drudgery from our daily tasks and jobs.”
