Microsoft sales leader Judson Althoff has been promoted to CEO of the company's commercial business.
Althoff will oversee marketing and operations. He most recently served as executive vice president and chief commercial officer and had over $23 million in total compensation during fiscal 2024.
Under Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, the company has used the CEO title for select executives multiple times.
