Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella is reportedly working to improve employee relations at the company.
CNBC obtained audio of a Microsoft meeting in which an employee asked executives about a perceived lack of empathy. Microsoft has reportedly announced multiple rounds of layoffs and a partial return-to-office edict.
“I take it as feedback for me and everyone in the leadership team, because at the end of the day, I think we can do better, and we will do better," Nadella said.
