MGM agrees to sell Bellagio, Circus Circus

MGM Resorts Internationals reached deals to sell two company-owned casinos.

The Blackstone Group agreed to buy the Bellagio resort in Las Vegas for $4.25 billion.

Additionally, real estate mogul Phil Ruffin signed on to purchase the Circus Cirus property and 47 adjoining acres in Las Vegas for $825 million.
