MFS founder accused of pocketing company funds

The owner of collapsed mortgage lender Market Financial Solutions Ltd. is accused in a lawsuit of allegedly using money borrowed from Wall Street banks on personal expenses.

Paresh Raja allegedly amassed a cash fortune of $552 million.

Raja allegedly transferred the money to his bank accounts in Monaco, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
