MFA Oil acquires Moberly's Brownfield Oil

Columbia-based MFA Oil Co. announced yesterday it acquired Moberbly-based Brownfield Oil Co., a refined fuels and lubricants supplier.

The purchase includes a Sinclair gas station in Shelbina and a Sinclair cardlock fueling facility in Kirksville.

Terms of MFA Oil’s fifth acquisition of its fiscal year were undisclosed.
