MFA Oil acquires central Oklahoma propane supplier

The seventh-largest propane retailer in the United States has acquired a propane supplier based in Dibble, Okla.

MFA Oil Co. purchased R&S Propane Inc. for undisclosed terms.

The acquisition is MFA Oil's third of its fiscal year.
