Mexico ready to 'step away from NAFTA'

If a new deal doesn't present a win-win for everyone involved, Mexico is willing to pull out of its trade deal with the United States and Canada.

"If what is on the table is something that is not good for Mexico, Mexico will step away from NAFTA," said Luis Videgaray, Mexico's foreign minister.

President Donald Trump campaigned against NAFTA, calling it a "one-sided deal" that's only benefited Mexico. U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross is expected to soon tell Congress what the Trump administration's plans are to renegotiate.
