Mettemeyer Engineering LLC is the civil engineer for developer Allen Bird’s 80-lot residential subdivision, Park Estates I. The development is on 36 acres in Willard and is the first phase of Bird’s development. Brauer Excavating is the general contractor for the subdivision. Park Estates II is in the early design stages and will add 393 lots on 179 acres adjacent to Highway Z in Willard.
