Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced the company would invest up to $65 billion in artificial intelligence this year.
Zuckerberg said he expects Meta AI would “be the leading assistant serving more than 1 billion people” this year.
The investment includes a planned data center with a capacity of more than two gigawatts.
