Facebook and Instagram parent company Meta is launching a subscription service.
Called Meta Verified, the service will give users a blue badge and direct access to customer support. The cost is $12 per month, or $15 per month if purchased on Apple's operating system, iOS.
The subscription service initially is launching in Australia and New Zealand. Plans call for the service to soon be expanded to other countries.
