Project description: A new 10-chair dental clinic for Dr. Nick Merica is designed as a two-story stone and stucco clinic to harmonize with the Ozark landscape. The waiting area spanning both stories with a full-height stone fireplace is intended to serve as the centerpiece of the interior. Architect is Guy Gronberg Architects PC (Lee’s Summit), with interior design by Andrea Nesbitt Designs LLC (Forsyth). Engineers are Cook, Flatt & Strobel, Engineers Inc., civil; Leigh and O’Kane LLC (Lee’s Summit), structural; and BC Engineers Inc. (Shawnee, Kansas), mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
