An information technology firm merger has created a new company based in the St. Louis suburb of Chesterfield.
Lenexa, Kansas-based RightSize Solutions and Swanzey, New Hampshire-based True North Networks merged to form a firm called Visory.
Visory will offer technology management, cybersecurity and hosting services for registered investment advisers.
