Mercy to expand Carthage infusion center

Mercy McCune-Brooks Hospital in Carthage is planning a $750,000 expansion to its infusion center.

Construction is slated to be complete by mid-April, according to the Joplin Regional Business Journal.

The project will renovate some 4,000 square feet of shell space, making room for eight infusion chairs and two private rooms, as well as adding oncology infusion service.
